NW White Transit Van - inappropriate behaviour

I have been informed by a Coordinator that a rather uncomfortable incident took place today on the Wickfield Estate  in Longwick around 12.25 . 

The lady in question was upstairs when she heard a knock on her door.  On answering she saw a  Large White VW Transit Van parked on her car parking spot. 

A white male, with brown hair and a short brown beard started speaking to her as he got out of his van , but it was difficult to understand him as his English was not good. He kept pointing to the car parts which were on the next parking spot which he said was scarp mental, but the resident told him that it was for her partner's car. 

He then asked her to ring him, no reply, but whilst she was on the phone he started to grope himself and she told him she was going to go  and just leave the car parts on the ground.  He continued to rub himself and told her that  "you look good come with me"  as he walked towards her. She ran back into  the house and closed the door .

He was wearing black joggers , black top with red graphics on .

Unfortunately the number plate was difficult to see, but hoping it may have been picked it up on doorbell footage.

 After a few minutes he drove off.

The lady has informed the police, under the ref: OSO-949-26-4343-C.

Please be aware and do not open the door to this person.
